We tried another vet in the area once, and it was a mistake, which made us appreciate even more the quality of care provided here. When I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my 19-year-old cat to sleep, their compassion and patience made an incredibly painful moment more bearable. They took care of every detail with dignity, including the cremation, and supported us through the entire process with genuine empathy.
