Imbarazzante. Maleducati, incompetenti e cari. La signora che lavora lì, sostiene di essere una commessa e non è in grado di dare consigli, inoltre non sa quando gli indumenti vengono ritirati e riportati alla sede di Ischia Porto. Per nulla empatica anzi molto antipatica.

Staying at Hotel Tritone Spa. Asked reception how much laundry costs. "We send it out. It's cheap. We don't know how much until it comes back." Sent maybe 10 items + socks and underwear. When it comes back we get a pair of ripped jeans, definitely not ours and a bill for €97! Unbelievable! They did take off €7 for the jeans, but that's bloody expensive!

Very expensive! We were on vacation on Ischia. They wanted to charge 4 € to dry-clean a t-shirt!!!

5 euro per t shirt. Don't bother. It's cheaper to get a taxi to one of the places you can bulk wash and dry for ten euro
