We are beyond impressed with our harness. The extent of customization that we requested was overwhelming and yet Yup still managed to deliver! Definitely recommend buying a harness/collar/literally anything from them. They are also very receptive and open to new suggestions! My guy is so comfortable in it he can literally just plop down and completely forget it's there! Wish I could give you guys 10 stars ❤

Terrible experience I'm sorry I trusted YupCollars for my assistance dog's equipment. I ordered a harness over 1 ½ years ago. They sent the wrong model and said they would send a replacement when I pointed out the mistake. A few months later I had to contact them again because they hadn't sent me anything: "I'll send it to you right away". Well, I'm still waiting. They have stopped responding to my emails and ignored my attempts to contact them. Customer service seems to have disappeared. Still no harness, no answer, no apology. I'm disabled and I'm worried they could do this to other vulnerable customers. I have been extremely patient and comprehensive. So, YupCollars, are you - finally - going to fix your mistake? Gorgeous equipment and fantastic customer service! They want to work with everyone to make their dream equipment come to life! I haven't found another company that makes such beautiful products and loves doing it as much as they do! Just ordered my second harness and I am so excited for the new gear to arrive!

So disappointed with this company. Bought a teal dog collar which faded really badly after only a week of wearing. I sent photos and they said this had never happened before (I've since found out this happens a lot!) They sent another and the same thing happened. Now they are refusing to refund me as they say it faded due to usage... usage being a dog wearing it??? For a week??? Under European Consumer Law I am entitled to a refund but this company says it must be returned in the "original condition"!!! How is this possible if it is unfit for purpose? I would not recommend this company to anyone.

☆☆☆☆☆! This company is phenomenal in every aspect! Great customer service and response times to messages Fantastic abilities to create custom pieces And absolutely perfect work! I ordered a somewhat complicated harness from them for my service dog, and they really nailed it on the head!! Won't go anywhere else for my leather work from now on!
